Office Sales Lead

Employment Type: Contract

Pay: $750 definite weekly income, plus commission ($75,000+ Annual Compensation Average With Required Commission Attainment)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Training: All initial training is paid and takes 5 days in our office located in Sterling Heights, MI. Must graduate the training course to become a Certified Office Sales Lead.


Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Office Sales Lead to join our team! You will make a minimum of 50 phone calls daily via our CRM system to create daily Hosted Voice and Phone Equipment sales orders. These orders t will help business customers receive a more cost effective monthly phone service plan to benefit their business. You will also process sales orders and complete daily office administrative tasks. We are only interested in hiring 1-2 individuals who have a desire to grow into a future management role. Responsibilities:

  • Make daily phone calls and create new sales material to present to customers via phone and Zoom meetings while utilizing our company CRM system
  • Log and manage daily notes and follow up sales lead information in the company CRM system to create future sales orders
  • Close a minimum of 1-2 new sales orders per day
  • Perform other office tasks and maintain work facilities at our Sterling Heights, MI office
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Renew, upsell, and create new sales order opportunities from our existing client base
  • Set follow-up appointments to create sales opportunities and keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

  • Outbound Phones Sales Experience Preferred
  • Virtual Sales Prospecting Experience Preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our office in Sterling Heights, MI, and a laptop computer with Microsoft Office downloaded to the device
  • Must make a minimum of 50 phone calls and close 1-2 qualified sales per day. . .you are welcome to exceed the requirement to receive an additional reward incentive
  • Sales Experience ** A MUST**
